Shipping Policy

Delivery 

We will despatch your order normally the same day, but within 48 hours of it being placed subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays.

One off purchases:- we will despatch your order normally the same day, but within 48 hours of it being placed subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays.

Subscription Order:- we will despatch your order normally on the day we take payment, but within 48 hours of payment day subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays.

If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.

Delivery can be made selected by either of the following (UK) -  charges are made depending on weight of order, and the cost will be displayed at checkout before making payment

We use Royal Mail - Tracked 24 & Royal Mail Tracked 48  as well as offering Royal Mail Special Delivery ( Collection from us are Monday - Friday NOT Weekends or Bank Holidays so 'next day' delivery will be day after collection)

(Some heavier items carry a surcharge of £1 or more)

Cut off time  Despatch is 14.30.00 (Monday - Friday)

Note: Channel Islands & Isle Man are classed as UK Standard for Royal Mail delivery,  

 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 should be delivered next day but is not a guaranteed service (96%)

Royal Mail Tracked 48, orders should be delivered in two days, but is not guaranteed in this time (96%)

for Guaranteed Next Day select Special Delivery (this will be either Royal Mail Special Delivery Or for larger deliveries we will use a courier)

You are notified of this by text or email

If not convenient they can use the text or email to change the delivery date

You can arrange to collect from a local Post Office sometimes

 

UK Deliveries are made between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and requires a signature. If you are out the driver will put a card through your door and you can collect your parcel from the local depot.

The delivery tariffs are based on the weight of the total order.

 

Overseas delivery will be made by 'Airmail' or 'Courier' depending on weight Customs, Taxes and Duties

You may be required to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are also your responsibility; we have no control over these purposes and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. In addition, when ordering, you are the importer for customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation or Changing your order
 
Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation.

You can cancel from the day you placed the order up to 7 working days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid for the goods to you within 30 days. Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost, we can arrange to collect them, and deduct the direct cost from the refund. Please call us on 01963-31137 or use the Contact Us Form stating your name and invoice number.

 
Returns
 
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product* in anyway it can be returned to us within 28 days following the steps outlined below, and we will refund the cost of the item.

 

We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
 
Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to the address shown at the bottom of our delivery note enclosed with your order. Please include the completed returns slip or a piece of paper with your name and address, order number, reason for return and the date on which you receive it.
 
Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact our us on 01963-31137 or by email mail@thecoffeepod.co.uk. We will then arrange with you suitable collection or return shipping options. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will give you a FULL refund plus any return shipping costs incurred. For electrical items please check or read your manufactures user manual, operators guide or instructions. Most problems can be fixed by following/reading the troubleshooting or FAQ sections.
