Our roaster developed Somerset Roast to enhance the classic characteristics of Costa Rican Strictly High Grown (SHG) beans, known for their exceptional flavour profile.
 
After extensive experimentation and cupping, this blend combines the signature brown sugar sweetness, citrus, and apricot notes of Costa Rican SHG with the added body and smoothness achieved through the inclusion of Colombian, Brazilian, and Old Brown Java beans.
 
The result is a balanced, medium-bodied 100% Arabica coffee suitable for any time of day.
