Looking for a really dark roast with plenty of body and a fantastic crema, then Eclipes Dark Roast should fit the bill.
We use two South American coffee beans Brazil and Guatemala, and add beans from East Africa (Uganda) to create this blended coffee, you are in for a treat if you like your coffee really dark but re still retaining the sweetness that is often lacking when coffees is roasted to the degree that we take Eclipes. This is a 10/10 on the roast hight scale, but 8/10 for body.
