We've created a unique blend, harmonizing the finest single-origin coffees into a rich and complex symphony of flavours.

Our foundation is a premium Brazilian natural Santos "Fine Cup," providing a robust body, subtle sweetness, and balanced bitterness. Expect prominent notes of chocolate and caramel.

For vibrant acidity and aromatic complexity, we've incorporated a washed Ethiopian Sidamo. This adds a bright, citrusy tang, interwoven with delicate floral notes like jasmine and orange blossom, and a burst of fruity aromas.

To deepen the blend, we've included Indonesian Sumatra Mandheling, renowned for its earthy, rustic character, low acidity, and full body.

Finally, we've layered in the unique spice and depth of Aged Old Brown Java. Its musky, complex aromas and earthy notes, combined with a long, satisfying finish, create a truly memorable experience.
